EQUIPMENT
What should I bring along?
Bring what you would take for a normal day in the outdoors:
Sunscreen, towel (water-based activities), sunglasses,
sweatshirt, hat, drinking water, and a pack lunch. Remember
to bring wet weather gear off-season.
What do I do if I wear contacts if I want to partake in water-based activities?
If you wear disposable ones, you are okay or use an
old pair & shut your eyes tightly when you're underwater.
PREPERATION
How old do I need to be?
An adult or responsible guardian must escort all children
under 12.
How fit do I need to be?
All participants should be in general good health. If
you're in doubt please contact your local doctor.
How good of a swimmer do I need to be to partake in water-based activities?
You should be a competent swimmer (able to swim 50 meters)
and you should be comfortable in the waves.
GETTING THERE AND PLACES TO STAY
When and where do we meet up?
We'll meet up at the pre-arranged site depending on
your individual activity. Please contact us prior
to your activity if you are in doubt.
When should I show up for my sessions?
Please come 15 minutes early, as we need to sort out
you relevant equipment. If your are running late please
give us a call so that we can wait for you.
Where can we stay?
Perranporth and Newquay has a range of hotels, B&B's,
backpackers and campsites. Part of our peace-at-mind
policy is that you supply us with your requirements and we'll
do it for you.
How can I get there if I don't want to drive?
Newquay airport has daily flights to and from most London
Airports. There's also a bus and train service to Newquay.
Make sure to check your times and dates! If you book
well in advance it's a lot cheaper!
PAYMENT
How much deposit is required?
We require a 50% deposit. The deposit is non refundable
unless the Head Instructor cancels the relevant activity.
